INCIDENT MANAGEMENT AND INVESTIGATIONS

Unfortunately, incidents may still happen and we recognise that its important to manage an incident appropriately and to undertake an investigation to determine root cause. This helps to prevent another person (employee, contractor and visitor) sustaining a similar or same type of injury,  and ensures that appropriate systems are put in place to minimise future costs and losses.
